With many years of experience in dog sports, the design and cut have been perfected. This X Back harness in particular has a special double-soft padding in the chest area, as this is where the main tensile load comes into play. It thus ensures a special comfort for your dog and particularly protects coat and skin. In addition, this harness is provided with breathable Airmesh padding in the entire adjacent area.
The tapes are sewn 4 times for extreme loads. The harness is equipped with fabric reflectors on the side and neck area for more safety. The width of the contact surface is 4 cm, so that the distribution of the force is optimally guaranteed.
It is important to choose the right size. Please refer to the size table in the picture gallery. Chest size b and back length A to C (withers to the base of the tail) and weight are decisive for the choice of size. The X Back is only recommended for adult dogs from an age of at least 12 months.
The package also includes a suitable joring or canicross leash with integrated shock absorber for 1 dog. The length is either 1.42 m or 1.94 m in the unstretched state. In the stretched state, the lengths also correspond to the regulations of the associations for sled dog sports! The length of 1.42 is recommended for canicross, jogging, touring etc. The longer variant is suitable for bikejoring, scooter, etc.
These details are not standard measurements and the back length is not always linked to the specified chest size. The size of the X-Back harness varies depending on the size ratio between back length and chest circumference. If the size chart results in several sizes based on the measurements of your four-legged friend, orientate yourself more on the weight!
